Adminstrative dashboard for resellers

When you are a reseller for ConnectPlaza, you can perform more actions than a normal user can do. For instance, you can create profiles for your new customers. You can create connectAgents for your new customers.

When you login with your account, you will be presented with the dashboard. In the example we use, you see the dashboard of ComputerAreUsHolding.

Because you are a reseller, you are entitled to create your own partner-licenses, connectAgents for your partners etc.

You can see that this screen is divided into several sections. A menu on the left and an area with the title Overview on the right, which is the initial state of the dashboard shown to the user at start-up. At the top right of the screen you find two buttons,  for the Documentation and to Logout. These buttons speak for themselves.

At the right of the screen you see the Goto header. These are the quick options, which get your to the different management screens for  your profile.

You can select a different part of the dashboard by clicking a menu item in the menu. The different options will be explained in this document.

Overview

The overview gives you information about the status of your licenses (Totals). And you can run some Quick actions, to upgrade your license(s) or the licenses from your partners.

You see the total number of licenses and the states of those license in your profile. The squares are all clickable. You can zoom into the selected part.

Quick Actions

As reseller of ConnectPlaza, you are entitled to create licenses the current profile. You can add a license by clicking on of the Quick action buttons.

After selecting a license to create, you will must fill in the neccessary data to complete the form, and the selected license will be created for you.

Totals

In the totals overview you can see the totals per license for the current profile. The Partner licenses, ConnectAgents and Logins will give you a detailed overview of the licenses you have.

When you just started as a reseller, you will see the totals above. There is only one login, you.

Create more licenses for a partner

In the current version of this resellers administration interface it is not posible to add more licenses for you partner when logged in into your own account. To create more licenses for a partner, you must login as the partner and go to the partners dashboard. You can do this by selecting the overview of your partners, by clicking the menu. You will see the overview of your partners.

At the end of each partner, you see a button . If you click on the button a menu will be presented to you:

One of the options is Login as, use this option te enter the dashboard of your partner.

Select one of the login to go to the partners dashboard (if the login has Dashboard rights)

You can check if you have the right partner environment by the name of the partner at the top right of the screen.

As you are now in the environment of the partner. You can see the environment created for your partner. 

you can add licenses to this partner. Select the license you want to create and add the information to create the license you want.
