Administrative dashboard

    Dashboard

    When you login with your administrative account, you will be redirected to the administrative dashboard of the ConnectPlaza web application. You will be shown the following screen. 

    You can see that this screen is divided into three sections. A menu on the left and an area with the title Overview on the right, which is the initial part of the dashboard shown to the user at start-up. At the top of the screen you find three buttons for going Back, to the Documentation or to Logout. These buttons speak for themselves.

    You can select a different part of the dashboard by clicking in the menu and selecting one of the options presented to you. The different options will be explained in the next chapters. 

    Overview

    The overview gives you information about the status of your licenses from a birds eye view. You see the total number of licenses in your profile and the states your licenses are in. The squares are all clickable, so that you can zoom into the selected field of interest. You can see the following buttons on this overview screen.

    Button Description
    Upgrade your trial? 

    This button is only available during trial. Pushing this button you will be rerouted to a special form to enter information about the license you want to obtain. This will produce a message that will be send to our account managers. They will contact you about the license. 

    Total licenses Shows the total number of licenses in your profile

    Total developers

    Shows the total number of developers in your profile

    Total production agents

    Shows the total number of production agents in your profile

    Almost expired

    Shows the number of licenses which are about to expire. This flag will be set if a license will expire in two weeks time. If that is the case, the button's colour will change to orange. 

    Expired

    Shows the number of licenses which are expired. If any of your licenses has expired, the button's colour will change to red

    Add license

    With this option you can add a license to your profile. For instance a new end user license.

    If you need some assistance of someone from our sales department, you can send your request here

    Profile settings

    You can modify your profile settings here, like personal information, company information and billing information

     

    If you have an enterprise of partner license, the convert trial buttons will not be visible. This looks like this: 

    Upgrade your Trial

    When you pushed this button you will be redirected to the Registration form.

    The following fields are presented to you:

    Field name Description
    Company name Name of the company
    Gender Gender of the registrar
    Initials Initials of the registrar
    Last name Last name of the registrar

    Job title

    Job title of the registrar

    E-mail address

    E-mail address of he registrar

    Phone number

    Phone number to reacht the company or registrar

    This is a selection box. Select one of the following options:

    Questions or additional information

    This is an open field. You can type any question or add additional information in here.

     

    When you are now finished you can press the  button to send your message to the sales department. They will contact you in a short time. 

    Total licenses

    Select this button to get an overview of all the accounts belonging to your profile. The overview is the same as the default overview for your Developer and End User accounts. See Development licenses for more information.

    Total developers

    Select this button to get an overview of all the developer accounts belonging to your profile. This is the same option as the menu option . See Development Licenses for more information.

    Total production agents

    Select this button to get an overview of all the end users belonging to your profile. This is the same option as the menu option . See End Users for more information.

    Almost expired

    If a license will expire within 2 weeks, this box will be coloured orange, like this: 

    The number in the box is the total amount of licenses that will expire within 2 weeks. If you press this button, you will be redirected to the overview screen. The fields on the screen are the same as in Development licenses. See Development Licenses for more information.

    Expired

    If a license is expired, this box will turn red, like this:

    The number in the box is the total amount of licenses which have expired. If you press this button, you will be redirected to the overview screen. The fields on the screen are the same as in Development licenses. See Development Licenses for more information.

    Add license

    Press the button below when you need a new license to add to your profile. 

     

    To add a license to your profile, you need to access our sales department. With this button you wil be redirected to our Contact customer support form.

    Contact customer support for advice

    Press this button and the following screen will be presented to you: 

    Fill in the details and select one of the options from the drop down box interest, "I want to be advised", "Enterprise edition" or "Partner edition". Enter a short text in the field "Questions or additional information", to inform our sales department about the question you have. This is not mandatory. Press the send button to send the email to our sales department. You will be contacted as soon as possible.

    Company name The company's name. The default value will be the company name of your administrative account No
    Gender Gender type. Select Mr. or Mrs. The default value will be the gender of your administrative account No
    Initials Initials of the contact. The default value will be the initials of your administrative account No
    Last name Last name of the contact. The default value will be the last name of your administrative account Yes
    E-mail address The email address the sales department can contact you on. The default value will be the last name of your administrative account Yes
    Phone number The phone number the contact can be contacted on. The default value will be the phone number of your administrative account Yes

    Development licenses

    Take a look at the menu option itself.  . At the end of the menu option we see a number. This number represents the number of developer accounts belonging to your profile. A developer account is an account, which is authorized to access ConnectPlaza Constructor. In this case there is one developer account with one agent. This is the agent the developer can test the Interfaces he created on and it is part of the developer account. 

    When you select Development Licenses, you will be presented with the following overview:

     In the overview we see the following fields:

    Fields Description
    Active Flag to see if the account is active. If the account is active you see a , if the account is not active you see a .
    Login The login name and email address of the account
    Connected Logins In this field you see the curren logged in users.
    Type The license type the user has. This can be Partner, Enterprise or Trial
    Expire date

    The date the license will expire. If colour of the row will change into orange or red, the license is about to expire in less than two weeks (orange)

    or the license is expired (red)

    Options concerning this license.

     

    Options

    If you select the Options button at the right of the selected row, you will be presented with a selection menu with the following options:

    Deactivate

    This option deactivates the selected account. This account can no longer log into the application. In the Active column you will see a . If you select the options button again, you can activate this account again. Keep in mind that if you deactivate an account its agents are not deactivated. 

    End users

    The number at the end of the menu option, , represents the number of end-users belonging to this profile. 

    When you select this option, you will be presented with the following screen:

    This screen gives you an overview of all the end-user licenses connected to your profile. This screen works the same as the Development Licenses screen, the only different is the license type you see on this screen. For an explanation of the fields and options, see the chapter Development Licenses.

    Options

    When you select the button, a menu will be presented to you with the following options.

    Deactivate

    This option deactivates the selected account. This account can no longer log into the application. In the Active column you will see a . If you select the options button again, you can activate this account again. Keep in mind that if you deactivate an account its agents are not deactivated. 

    Extend license

    With this option you will be redirected to the ConnectPlaza customer support form.

    Login accounts

    When selecting this item in the menu you will be presented the Login accoun information for all users who can login into the system.

    Options

    When you select the button, a menu will be presented to you with the following options.

    Reset password

    When you select the option Reset password, a message will appear at the top of the screen.

    Select Yes to sent an email  to the email address of the selected account. You will be notified the email is sent, by the blue bar at the top of this screen

    Profile Settings

    You can modify your profile information here. This applies to your personal information, company information and billing information. 

    The screen is divided into two parts, the first part, Personal information, concerns the administrative account. 

     

    Field Description
    Gender Set gender. Choose from Mr. or Mrs.
    Initials The initials of the user of the administrative account
    Last name The last name of the user of the administrative account
    Email address and login name The email address / Login name of the administrative account. You cannot change this account name
    Phone number This is the phone number of the administrative account 

     

    The second part of the screen consists of the Company information. The fields with the required extension are mandatory if you want to purchase an Enterprise or Partner license. The system does not require this information while you are in a trial.
